Gamma Phi:
Local Sorority 1998 - 2002

The Delta Chi Chapter of Alpha Sigma Tau originated in 1998 as local sorority Gamma Phi.  The ladies of Gamma Phi are a diverse group who value service and leadership.  These women succeeded in strengthening the sisterhood, spirit, and character of each individual.

The rare sterling rose symbolizes Gamma Phi.
Gamma Phi began the tradition of using a clover to symbolize our chapter sisterhood, a tradition that we keep today.
Like the clover, the turtle has special significance to sisters of
Gamma Phi and Delta Chi.

The yellow rose, the flower of friendship, is a fitting symbol for our sisterhood.
